Does anyone ever tell you that you look young for your age?   If you look under 25 years old but are of legal age, Inventa wants to hear from you as we are on the hunt for Mystery Shoppers to join our team!     What we’re looking for: - You look younger than 25 years old but you are of legal age. - Being out and about, driving around and meeting new people is how you describe an ideal day at work. - Downloading an app and taking a picture with your smart phone is a skill you consider to be second nature.  - You’re willing and able to submit to a registration and certification process that includes a background check (costs covered by Inventa/details will be shared with selected applicants). - Experience crafting reports and following detailed directions. - A geographical expert – you have no problem finding your way around your community. - History of working independently, being honest and reliable –once you commit we can count on you! - You strive to set goals and make a plan to achieve them –you have never missed a deadline.   Territory with hour allocation. Inventa is looking for Presenters to join WorkBC’s Find Your Fit Career Education Tour.       The WorkBC Find Your Fit Tour is an interactive event where students have an opportunity to try their hand at skills they'll need for different in-demand careers. The team on this leg of the tour will be based in the Greater Vancouver Regional District area and travel locally, visiting communities and events of all sizes.   What you’re good at:  - Proactive engagement: Having honed your public speaking skills you enjoy presenting in front of  large groups.  - Working with youth:  Capturing the attention of our target demographic in an energetic and professional manner comes easily to you. You have experience working with elementary and/or high school students and know how to create dynamic interactions to make sure they are getting the most out of this experience.  - Teamwork: Your ability to work independantly makes you an asset but you also have strong interpersonal skills and understand team dynamics. You strive to support the Management team and colleagues at all times by taking initative including doing your fair share when it comes to load-in, set up, tear down, load out, handling inventory, and managing assets.  - Communication: You know how to leave a lasting positive impression! You can provide clear direction and facilitate a wide variety of activities that may involve software and tools all while delivering key messaging and other labour market information.  - Taking direction: Not only do you appreciate feedback but you take constructive critism like a champ and see it as an opportunity to improve your skills, and relationships.  - Commitment: We can rely on you because you are always on time and once you commit to the program we know you will show up for all your scheduled shifts. Inventa will provide you with a vehicle rental for the dates listed. - Communication: You are observant and great at crafting client-ready reports that include details like photos and metrics such as the number of visitors, the highlights of the day, comments, etc. You also know how to leave a lasting positive impression! You can provide clear direction and facilitate a wide variety of activities that may involve software and tools all while delivering key messaging and other labour market information.  - Troubleshooting: Sometimes things don't go as planned but you are the type of person who is decisive, always has a plan B and can think on their toes to come up with innovative solutions.  - Proactive engagement: Having honed your public speaking skills you enjoy presenting in front of  large groups.  - Working with youth:  Capturing the attention of our target demographic in an energetic and professional manner comes easily to you. If spending your weekends empowering individuals to take initiative and make informed decisions about their impact on the environment sounds like fun we want to hear from you.         Inventa is on the hunt for an Eco-conscious team of Representatives to join forces and educate the public on sustainable recycling initiatives. This educational campaign will have our team attending festivals and community events of all sizes across the Greater Vancouver area over the next 6 months , starting in April. Working together, they will use use fun interactive games to raise awareness and introduce the public to systems and services that are in place to ensure consumer products and packagingare recycled properly and don't end up incinerated or land-filled.   What you’re good at:    - Proactive engagement: You can strike up a conversation with anyone! When you are in-field you go out of your way to approach people and encourage them to come into the footprint. - Teamwork: Your ability to work independently makes you an asset but you also have strong interpersonal skills and understand team dynamics.   Are you passionate about sustainability and want to explore more of this beautiful province? Hit the road with our team of environmentally minded all-stars this summer!       Inventa is looking for a team of passionate and environmentally conscious Brand Ambassadors, Team Leaders and Supervisors to help out with our upcoming Recycling program that will be activating throughout beautiful British Columbia.    Starting in late Spring, you will find our team of dedicated Representatives at different community events and festivals across the province working to educate residents on their local recycling program. This team will engage with event attendees, inviting them to participate in digital and hands-on hands-on activities while delivering key messaging to inform them on how they can make a difference in their communities starting at home.    Hours:  Supervisors           approximately 32 hours a week  Team Leaders         approximately 25 hours a week Brand Representative  approximately 25 hours a week   Compensation:  Inventa's wages are competitive and will be discussed during the screening call.
